This Privacy Policy describes how Anveera (“Anveera”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you visit our website, place an order, or otherwise interact with us. We process personal data in accordance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) and applicable rules.

By using our website, you consent to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

• Contact & identity: name, mobile number, email, and delivery/billing address you provide at sign-in or checkout.
• Order information: the items you buy, order history, and communications with our care team.
• Payment information: processed securely by our payment partner (see below). We do not collect or store your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN on our servers.
• Technical & usage data: device, browser, IP address, and how you use the site, collected via cookies and similar technologies.

• To process, fulfil, and deliver your orders.
• To authenticate you at sign-in (one-time password to your mobile) and keep your account secure.
• To provide customer support and respond to your queries and requests.
• To send transactional messages — order confirmations, shipping updates, and returns/refund status — by email and SMS.
• To improve our products, website, and service, and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Payments are handled by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway, Cashfree. Card, UPI, net-banking, and wallet details are entered on the gateway’s secure environment and are never stored on Anveera’s servers. We receive only the payment status and a reference needed to confirm your order.

We share personal data only as needed to run the store:

• Logistics: your name, address, and phone number are shared with our courier partner Delhivery to deliver your order and enable tracking.
• Payments: with Cashfree to process your transaction.
• Service providers: with vetted providers who help us operate (e.g. email/SMS delivery, analytics, hosting), bound to confidentiality and to use the data only for those services.
• Legal: where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

We do not sell your personal data.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart and session working, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards — including encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continually to protect your information.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
