Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation, and a tracking link once your order ships.
Standard delivery typically takes 3–6 business days across most serviceable pin codes in India after dispatch. Remote or non-metro locations may take a little longer.
The applicable charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.
We ship with Delhivery. Once dispatched, your order page shows the AWB (tracking number) and a “Track shipment” link — follow it any time to see your parcel’s progress. You can find it under your orders.
We deliver across India to all pin codes serviceable by our courier partner. If your area is not serviceable at checkout, please reach out — we’ll do our best to help. We currently ship within India only.
Deliveries may occasionally be delayed by weather, regional disruptions, or events beyond our control. We’ll keep you informed and work with our courier partner to get your order to you as soon as possible.
